- Supervise and coordinate the assembly of complex industrial systems at customer sites worldwide
- Lead and organize mechanical installation activities, including piping, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Allocate tasks and manage assembly teams, contractors and on‑site personnel
- Monitor installation quality, compliance with technical drawings and safety standards
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs and functional checks of mechanical assemblies
- Ensure proper documentation of assembly activities, quality checks and corrective actions
Ihr Profil
- Technical or skilled‑trade background in the metal or plant engineering field (e.g. mechanic, fitter, industrial mechanic, master craftsman or comparable qualification - e.g. "Meister Metall" / "staatl. geprüfter Techniker Maschinenbau")
- Experience in the assembly of large‑scale or special industrial installations is a must
- Proven ability to lead, coordinate and motivate teams on construction or assembly sites
- High willingness to travel internationally for project assignments
- Structured, reliable and solution‑oriented working style
- Good technical English skills for communication in an international environment
- Valid Passport of European Union Country and permanent residence within the European Union, with unrestricted authorization to travel internationally - no need to go to the office in Germany
